Check the Coin Drain Filter
In a Front Loading washing machine, there is a small door in the lower front corner. Open it and turn the filter. Often the pump is clogged by coins, coins, or thick fabric fibers. Have a wet cloth ready because water will flow out.
Damaged Drain Motor
In a Top Loading washing machine, the drain motor (valve puller) may be burned, so it cannot pull the water valve during the drying (spin) mode. Replacement of the part is required.
Pinched / Too High Hose
Make sure the drain hose at the back is not kinked or its end is not placed higher than the factory standard guideline limit (for models that do not use a pump).
Field Notes from Pandan Teknik Technicians
The article above provides a general overview of issues we often encounter in the field. However, each AC unit and room has unique characteristics (such as pipe installation length, ventilation, and heat load). If you notice similar symptoms on the AC in your home or business, it is best not to jump to conclusions on your own. You can contact the Pandan Teknik team via WhatsApp to describe the complaint in detail. We will help analyze whether a light service, spare part replacement, or a technical survey visit is needed so that the repair is targeted and cost-effective.
